For the past 84 years, the Purdue Reamer Club has been entrusted with the care, operation, and development of all Boilermaker Specials.

Continuing the tradition of the Boilermaker Special is no small task. With an intense focus on safety, reliability, repairability, and an elevated rider and fan experience, the Boilermaker Special IX will be the ultimate mascot.

With the help of our long-term partners, Wabash and Navistar International, and continued and passionate involvement from current, former, and future Reamer Club members, we aim to introduce the Boilermaker Special IX in 2025.
